The consultation also includes practice-oriented exercises for interview preparation and cover letter creation using proven marketing techniques. These will help you present yourself in the best way, using communication and marketing tools to build your professional brand.

In the process of one-to-one coaching we will identify the internal barriers that hinder your professional progress and personal satisfaction. We will outline your real priorities, address key blockages and build a workable program to overcome them.
If you wish to deepen the process, I offer the option of Neuro-Agility Profile™ Advance+ – a science-based diagnostic that reveals how your brain functions, what your strengths are, and how to most effectively use your personal resources in business and leadership contexts. The analysis includes an assessment of different types of intelligence (based on Howard Gardner’s methodology), as well as recommendations for the most appropriate career directions based on your individual cognitive and emotional profile.
During our work, we can also structure and refine your cover letter (if needed), presentation style and communication strategy – so that they reflect your authenticity and professionalism. We will practice key techniques for effective public speaking and prepare you for important interviews, negotiations or leadership appearances.

How to prepare before our meeting and how will it go?

Before the coaching session: information gathering
Prepare information about your work experience, current challenges and long-term goals. This will help us to focus on the most important aspects during our meeting and be focused and effective.

Neuro-Agility Profile™️ Advance+ - optional
If you want us to test and analyze your personal profile, talents, traits and challenges – we will provide you with access to the Neuro-Agility Profile™ Advance+. The test that you will take with it takes between 45 and 60 minutes and it is important that you take it before your consultation. The Neuro-Agility Profile™ Advance+ will give us a better idea of your cognitive and emotional abilities.
If you are not doing the Neuro-Agility Profile™ Advance+ assessment, I will email you a coaching goal setting questionnaire to complete.

Business coaching: 60 min./session
If you have completed the Neuro-Agility Profile™ Advance+ test, you will receive your individual report which contains 27 pages of information about how you work, learn, cope with stress and we will do a debrief session to discuss the results. The first session after the Neuro-Agility Profile™ Advance+ is completely free and lasts about 45mins where we will discuss your individual neurological design, challenges and goals relative to your current moment.
If you have not done the Neuro-Agility Profile™ Advance+, we will start directly with a career consultation where we will focus on your current goals, plans and challenges.
I use a business coaching approach to analyze and goal setting and marketing tactics when working on your individual plan and goal implementation.
The service is suitable for leaders and managers seeking a clearer understanding of how they manage change, solve complex problems, think, learn, influence and inspire their teams.
On a personal level, it helps develop leadership skills.

Practical exercises
Once we have developed a job plan and set goals, we will conduct interview preparation exercises and cover letter writing using the most effective communication and marketing tools.

Who am I and what is my professional background?
With over 25 years of practical experience as a business consultant, marketing strategist and entrepreneur, as well as a degree in Executive Business Administration from the Central European University – Vienna, I help leaders, founders and experts to build sustainable business models, make more confident decisions and develop themselves together with the organizations they lead.
I manage my own companies and international projects, including newtrend.agency – a business clinic®️ for digital transformation, the brand DigitalKidZ®️ and the Bulgarian branch of the global organization Women In Tech®️.
I work successfully in the local market and the Balkans, as well as with companies and institutions in the DACH region, the UK and the USA.
I have experience both as an external consultant creating and training teams and as an employer who has built their own structures, hired and developed dozens of employees. This gives me a holistic perspective on managing people, culture and processes.
I am certified in the Neuro-Agility Profile™️ Advance+, a tool I use to help clients identify their strengths, leadership resources and areas for development. In the past, I have been a Marketing Director at JobTiger, with deep experience in the HR sector and building Employer Branding strategies with HR teams at leading companies.
I have worked as a coach and consultant with international experts preparing for interviews at institutions such as NATO, The Hague Human Rights Court, the United Nations and the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe, which gives me a unique understanding of the high standards and expectations in an international environment.
