Personal brand
April – May 2024
The first two months of the mentoring program are dedicated to your personal talents – what are your strengths and weaknesses and how can you manage them? Who is your archetype? What are your shadows and how do you manage them?
We will pay special attention to your style and your presence in society. To what extent the non-verbal messages you send fit your personal brand. We’ll choose your personal colour scheme together. The style of your clothes. Even your hair and makeup.
The first stage of the mentoring program culminates in a professional photo shoot to introduce your new self to the world and have visual content to use for social media, interviews and profile photos.

Leadership and transformation
June – July 2024
The next two months will be dedicated to your leadership and communication skills. Whether you’re looking for a new job or growing your business, whether you want to expand your business, grow your team or seek funding for your business ideas – we dedicate two months to your goal setting and forward thinking.
Using the coaching methodology and will bring out your personal mission, vision and goals. We will identify your partners. We will work on the balance between your personal and professional life.
The second stage of the mentoring programme ends with an annual programme with personal goals and a clear plan and steps to achieve them.

Development and growth
September – October 2024
The last two months are dedicated to your business. We will build your company’s business processes. We will work on marketing and communication messages. I’ll help you prepare and train your pitch deck if you’re looking for funding for your business.
With the help of business tools and marketing approaches at the end of the stage, we will have prepared your company or career for sustainable development and growth.
The third stage of the mentoring program ends with established business processes and a strategy for development and growth.
Prices and conditions
The mentoring programme is conducted in a hybrid format – online and face-to-face. Participation is paid, subject to application and approval. Provided are:
- 2 scholarships with 40% discount,
- 1 social grant with 90% discount for single mothers;
