How to prepare before a LEGO® Serious Play® workshop and how will it go?

Before the consultation: clarity
LEGO® Serious Play® requires no prior skills or “creative thinking” – but the more honestly you enter the process, the more meaningful the result will be.
Formulate in a few words or a sentence: what is not working as expected? This could be in sales, communication, offers or positioning and what you want to achieve. For example, “I want more clarity on how to structure my offers” or “I’m looking for a new product idea to complement my current portfolio.”

Getting to know the process
Before the session begins, I’ll introduce you to the LEGO® Serious Play® method – how it works, what to expect, and why it’s so effective. You’ll understand how we use our hands, thinking and imagination to reach strategic conclusions that usually remain hidden in classic conversation.
The method is fully adapted for individual work and combines business logic with personal intuition.

Facilitated workshop (up to 4 hours)
We’ll go through a series of tailored exercises where you’ll build visual models of your business, audience, offers, messages and processes. Each model will be discussed, analyzed and translated into specific strategic takeaways.
After the session you will receive a summary, additional resources and – if you wish – a follow-up consultation to upgrade your business and marketing strategy using the BRAVO method™️.
